Cancellations, devolutions and reimbursements
Cancellations will be accepted with total reimbursement only before order shipping. In case products have already been delivered, they must be returned with their original non-violated packings. The reimbursement will deduct the shipping charges.
In case a wrong product has been forwarded in relation to the order, return it after informing us by phone or e-mail. If our fail be proven, we will make full reimbursements of the wrong products.
